Returns
You can return any product to us within 30 days of delivery. We will issue your refund soon after receiving your return at our warehouse. We’ll also refund shipping charges (if any) if your return is due to a defect or our error. If you believe this is the case, just describe the defect or error in writing on the packing invoice included with the return.
Credit card purchases will be refunded by credit card credit. Check purchases will be refunded by check. Returned products must be in original packing complete with warranty card and owner's manual, and be in original unused condition. All returned items must be in resalable condition.
A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SOFTWARE AND RECORDED MEDIA - Due to manufacturer restrictions, software and recorded media (including videos, DVDs, karaoke CDs, etc.) can only be returned if the manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink-wrap has not been opened.
